Our Team
Founded in 2015, Top Rock Fabrication & Installation began with just two people—one with the vision and one with the muscle. What started as a small operation has grown into a local, family-owned and operated business proudly serving hundreds of customers in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas each year.
Today, owner Jamie oversees the administrative and customer-care side of the business, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. His son, Buck, manages and works hands-on in the shop, carefully overseeing fabrication and quality control to make sure every piece meets your expectations before it ever leaves our facility. His daughter, Elizabeth, helps with the business administration.

While many fabrication shops in the Treasure Valley have shifted toward automated, mechanical processes, Top Rock Fabrication & Installation remains committed to hands-on craftsmanship. Every piece that leaves our shop receives individual attention and a personal touch.
Instead of relying solely on CNC saws and laser templates, our Shop Manager carefully reviews every inch of your project during your template appointment. This allows us to ensure your new countertops align precisely with walls, windows, and cabinets, while accounting for notches, bump-outs, and any custom design details. You’ll have the opportunity to see exactly what we see—giving you confidence in the final result before fabrication begins.
We also offer a selection of custom edge profiles, which are discussed during your appointment and then hand-rolled during fabrication. This meticulous, hands-on approach results in countertops that reflect superior quality, character, and craftsmanship—details that simply can’t be mass-produced.
